"Ugly" - a mini art book NOW FOR SALE

It's been a little while since I have updated the site and I apologize for that, but I have been very busy! 

I'm excited to share that I now have a "mini book" of my black and white artwork that is available for purchase. It is 24 pages and 8x10. There's is some familiar pieces in there as well as some brand new artwork created specifically for the book! All for the price of a cheap bottle of wine! Can you beat that?

Here is an image of a Potato with Butthole Lips that I made.

It's obviously a little different than the main focus of my art portfolio as you can see, but there are a lot of new folks stopping by and I wanted to welcome them with the image that brought them here in the first place.

To introduce myself, my name is Dusty. I make heavy metal artwork as a freelance artist and I also work in the video game industry as an artist for about 16 years now. I do a variety of different styles depending on my mood and this is one of them. 

I actually don't really get too political with my art, usually, but this was a case where I felt I needed to express myself with my pencil a bit. Everything basically speaks for itself and I don't need to really elaborate further.

I VERY much appreciate that you enjoy the artwork and I hope you check out all of my other art as well!

Thanks to PureGrainAudio for listing my album artwork for Oceano's "Ascendants" as the 4th best heavy metal album cover of the year so far! These guys have always been pretty supportive of me in the way of interviews and general promotion, but it's an honor to be actually listed in such a way like this!

Considering my output has been a little lower lately due to other demands in my life, this was a lovely thing to see this morning. I gotta make my art count when I release it!

Speaking of which, I do have some artwork to show very soon once clients release them!

Emerald City Comicon 2015 - That's a wrap!

Thanks for coming out everyone! I had a fun time even though I was unable to make it to my table on Friday due to car troubles.

The positive side of that, though, is that I actually have inventory this year! Usually, I sell out of my most popular prints and it takes me a long time to restock. This year, though, I am happy to say that all of my prints are available online! Please feel free to take a look and see what I have!
